Why didn't I receive an email when I am sure my trigger condition happened. 

Check your junk/spam folder for the trigger email. Make sure support-prod@initialstate.com is added as a trusted contact in your email to avoid trigger emails going to junk/spam. 

How do I get a "click for preview" link on my SMS trigger message for media and links?

If the phone number sending the SMS message is not in your contacts, you may not get a "click for preview" option for media and links. Add the incoming phone number to your contacts (e.g. name it Initial State). Future SMS messages should give you a "click for preview" option if available. 

Can I use a real-time expression as a trigger condition?

No, triggers only support a subset of conditional operators and not the full real-time expression capabilities.

I live outside the US and want to send a SMS through triggers. How can I do this?

This function is only available within the US.
