Receive Invoices by Email
If you'd like to receive invoices of your monthly/annual Initial State subscription payments, you can set an option to have a receipt emailed to the address associated with your account by going to your account page and selecting the "Email me each time a new receipt is available" checkbox:

If you go to your account page and look on the right side, you should see a "Subscription" section.
Towards the bottom is a dropdown that says "Show Next Payment". Clicking on it will show you your payment amount and what date it will be charged.
At the very bottom is a dropdown that says "Show Past Payments":
Click on whichever month you'd like to see the invoice for.
To view the invoice with the Initial State header and payee information simply go to File -> Print in your browser:
