Billing

Payment Account Information.

All paid plans must enter a valid payment account. Free accounts are not required to provide payment account information.

Upgrading.

An upgrade from a free plan to any paying plan will immediately bill you. A credit will be applied to your account in proportion to any unused, partial month or months of service prior to any charge on your credit card. Example: You purchase a year of Personal tier service for $100. Six months later, you upgrade to a year of Professional. $50 will be credited to your account on plan change for the six unused months. $300 - $50 = $250 will be charged to your credit card on plan change.

Monthly and Yearly Recurring Billing.

For monthly payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. When changing from a monthly billing cycle to a yearly billing cycle, Initial State will immediately bill for a full year of Service and continue billing on a yearly basis until a plan is downgraded to a monthly billing cycle or to a free plan.

Downgrading.

Downgrading plans will result in a credit applied to your account in proportion to any unused, partial month or months of service. No refunds will be given for unused, partial month or months of service that result from downgrading plans. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your Account. Initial State does not accept any liability for such loss.

Taxes, Levies, and Duties.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
